The New Bkt Agrimax ProHarvest Tire
In this context, BKT has recently developed a new tire designed to meet the diverse demands of harvesting operations. Enter the Agrimax ProHarvest, a tire engineered to deliver maximum efficiency and reliability, thanks in part to VF (Very High Flexion) technology.
Specifically, the Agrimax ProHarvest features a reinforced polyester casing combined with three layers of steel belts. This construction provides greater resistance to deformation and superior protection against mechanical stress, thereby extending the tire’s service life even under heavy and repetitive loads.
Special attention has also been given to the compound formulation, which is designed to offer high resistance to cuts and damage caused by stubble residue or other abrasive materials commonly found in the field. Additionally, the tread of the Agrimax ProHarvest features an innovative open-shoulder design that improves traction on rough and wet terrain while enhancing self-cleaning properties.
Cfo technology: an added value
The Agrimax ProHarvest also ensures good road handling, delivering even wear, better steering control, and greater driving comfort—all factors that contribute to safer and less tiring road transfers for the operator. Another standout feature is the CFO (Cyclic Field Operations) technology, which allows the tire to handle temporary overloads beyond its nominal capacity, such as when the combine harvester’s grain tank is fully loaded.
