At its annual members’ meeting last June, FederUnacoma celebrated its 80th anniversary. Founded in 1945 with just ten founding members, the Italian Agricultural Machinery Manufacturers’ Association has actively participated in every phase of the country’s economic history, developing a comprehensive system of services for its member companies that has allowed it to become one of the most important entities within the Confindustria system.
A true bulwark supporting agro-industrial innovation, FederUnacoma intends to strengthen this role through a three-year agreement signed with the University of Bologna. The two organizations, which have long collaborated and shared information and technological know-how in agricultural machinery, will commit to fostering synergies in multidisciplinary activities and projects in the fields of research and innovation, internationalization, and continuing education, with a particular focus on the development and promotion of training programs for industry, professionals, and university students.
From this perspective, industrialists associated with FederUnacoma will be able to access the expertise offered by the Alma Mater to design and implement specific training courses on digital innovation, marketing, foreign trade, and trade fair management.
All courses will be delivered by the University of Bologna in collaboration with the Academy of Advanced Training for Industry, specifically established by the Italian Association of Agricultural Machinery Manufacturers.
