Effective April 1, 2026, Krone Agricultural Machinery has adopted a new management model aimed at streamlining decision-making processes, more precisely defining internal responsibilities, and consolidating its position as an independent leader in the forage harvesting machinery sector.

At the heart of the new corporate architecture is a clear division of responsibility into two main areas. Donna Höving, as CFO, will lead commercial management and administrative functions. Her role will also be key in the interdivisional coordination of design, production, and quality control, ensuring seamless synergy between operational departments.

At the same time, Jens Moormann-Schmitz will assume the role of CSO, becoming the point of contact for all market- and customer-related activities. He will oversee sales, marketing, product management, and after-sales service. This fusion of skills aims to ensure faster decision-making and greater responsiveness to industry dynamics.

A major change also concerns the strategic leadership: former CEO Martin Eying joins the Supervisory Board, assuming its chairmanship. In this new role, Eying oversees the company’s international development, with the specific mandate of driving expansion into new strategic markets, an objective that remains a priority for Krone’s future.
