Goldoni’s future is at a crucial crossroads. The goals are to save the brand and jobs

The Goldoni Keestrack company in Migliarina di Carpi, which celebrates its centenary in 2026, is at a crucial juncture for its future
As part of the negotiated crisis resolution procedure, initiated to facilitate debt repayment and avoid judicial liquidation, the expert appointed by the Court of Modena, attorney Rolandino Guidotti, has officially opened an auction, as reported by the IVG website of the Court of Modena. The objective is to determine whether, in addition to the offer already submitted by the Turkish group Asko Holding, improved proposals can be received by the deadline of April 23, 2026, at 3:00 PM.
The offer from the Turkish multinational Asko Holding is on the table
Currently, there is a single irrevocable purchase offer from the Turkish multinational Asko Holding, amounting to €8 million. The proposal covers the entire company: assets, rights, legal relationships, and goodwill. However, the business plan presented has drawn strong criticism due to a significant reduction in staffing: Asko says it is willing to confirm the contracts of only 41 of the current 97 workers, thus predicting a redundancy of over 50% of the workforce.
