The issues that led to the closure of the French agricultural mechanization show, Sima, in 2022 clearly did not serve as a lesson to the organizers of “AgriSima,” an event intended to bring together in a single, large exhibition all the key players in agri-equipment, agri-supply, agri-services, and, more generally, all the productive and entrepreneurial sectors revolving around agricultural production.
In effect, it is an extremely diverse and diverse mix of exhibits planned at a time when specialized trade fairs like Eima and Agritechnica are favored. It was therefore obvious from the outset that the initiative would fall through the cracks, as indeed happened last October, when it was announced that, having failed to reach an adequate number of exhibitors, “AgriSima” would see its first edition postponed until further notice.
